This addendum supplements the FloFrame Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, why, and with whom we share it.
Accountability
FloFrame, LLC is responsible for personal information under its control. Questions and requests go to info@floframe.ai, which reaches the person responsible for our privacy practices.
Consent and purposes
We collect personal information for the purposes identified in section 4 of the main policy and obtain consent in a manner appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Providing your details on the contact form or creating an account is consent to the uses described. Advertising tags on the Site rely on your implied consent and can be withdrawn at any time on Your Privacy Choices. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide a Product, and we will explain the consequences when you ask.
Customer Data processed by our Products on behalf of a business customer (main policy, section 3.3) is processed under that customer's authority; the customer is responsible for obtaining any consent required from the individuals concerned, and FloFrame acts only on the customer's instructions.
Transfers outside Canada
We process personal information in the United States, where it is subject to United States law and may be accessible to United States authorities under lawful process. We use contractual and technical safeguards to protect information wherever it is processed.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask how it has been used and to whom it has been disclosed, and challenge its accuracy and completeness. Email info@floframe.ai. We respond within thirty days, or explain why more time is needed. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner.
