This addendum supplements the FloFrame Privacy Policy. FloFrame's Site and Products are directed to businesses in North America; we do not target individuals in Brazil. If you are located there and interact with us anyway, this addendum applies.
Controller, operator, and encarregado
FloFrame, LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78731, United States, is the controller of information collected on the Site and of account and billing information in the Products. For Customer Data processed on behalf of a business customer (main policy, section 3.3), the customer is the controller and FloFrame is the operator. Our data protection officer (encarregado) can be reached at info@floframe.ai.
Legal bases
We process personal data on the bases in Article 7 of the LGPD: performance of a contract (Site features, accounts, subscriptions, Products); our legitimate interests (security, analytics, communication with business contacts, defence of claims); consent (advertising and measurement tags, where required), which you may withdraw at any time on Your Privacy Choices; and compliance with legal obligations.
International transfers
We process personal data in the United States. Transfers from Brazil rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados or on another mechanism permitted by Article 33 of the LGPD.
Your rights
Under Article 18 you may confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; request anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data or data processed in non-compliance; request portability; request deletion of data processed with your consent; obtain information about the entities with which we have shared your data; be informed about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences; and revoke consent.
