This addendum supplements the FloFrame Privacy Policy. FloFrame's Site and Products are directed to businesses in North America; we do not target individuals in the EEA or UK. If you are located there and interact with us anyway, this addendum applies.
Controller and processor
For information collected on the Site and for account and billing information in the Products, FloFrame, LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78731, United States, is the controller. For Customer Data processed by our Products on behalf of a business customer (main policy, section 3.3), that customer is the controller and FloFrame is the processor, acting only on the customer's documented instructions. We will enter into a data processing agreement with customers who require one; email info@floframe.ai.
Legal bases
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): providing the Site's contact form, accounts, subscriptions, and the Products.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): securing our systems, understanding how the Site is used, communicating with business contacts about FloFrame, defending legal claims. You may object to processing on this basis.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): advertising and measurement tags and non-essential cookies, where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time on Your Privacy Choices.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, and responses to lawful requests.
International transfers
We process personal data in the United States. Transfers from the EEA rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914); transfers from the UK rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to those clauses. Copies are available on request. Where a service provider participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or its UK Extension, we may rely on that participation.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data and receive a copy; to rectification; to erasure; to restriction of processing; to data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; to withdraw consent; and not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we make no such decisions). To exercise a right, email info@floframe.ai. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests with notice.
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your member state, or in the UK with the Information Commissioner's Office. We have not appointed an EU or UK representative under Article 27, as our processing of EEA and UK data is occasional and not on a large scale; we will appoint one if that changes.
Retention
Retention follows the criteria in section 8 of the main policy: for as long as needed for the purpose, then deleted or anonymised, with longer periods only where law requires.
