This addendum supplements the FloFrame Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect, why, and with whom we share it. Where this addendum and the main policy differ for California residents, this addendum controls.
Categories of personal information
In the preceding twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined in Civil Code §1798.140. The sources, purposes, and recipients for each are described in sections 3, 4, and 6 of the main policy.
- Identifiers: name, email address, company, IP address, online identifiers set by analytics and advertising providers. Disclosed to service providers; identifiers set by advertising tags may be shared with advertising platforms unless you opt out.
- Customer records (Civ. Code §1798.80(e)): name, address, phone number, billing plan. Disclosed to service providers (including Stripe for billing).
- Commercial information: subscription history, products considered or purchased. Disclosed to service providers.
- Internet or network activity: pages visited, interactions with the Site and Products, referring pages, advertising click identifiers. Disclosed to service providers; may be shared with advertising platforms unless you opt out.
- Geolocation: approximate location derived from IP address. Disclosed to service providers.
- Professional information: company name and role, when you provide them. Disclosed to service providers.
- Inferences: none drawn by us. Advertising platforms may draw inferences from the activity they receive.
We do not collect sensitive personal information about visitors or account holders, other than account credentials, which we use only to secure the account. Customer Data that our Products process on behalf of business customers (main policy, section 3.3) is handled at those customers' direction; FloFrame acts as a service provider and does not retain, use, or disclose it outside that relationship.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information and have not sold it in the preceding twelve months. When advertising tags are enabled on the Site, identifiers and internet activity are made available to Google, Meta, Microsoft, and TikTok for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as "sharing." You can opt out of sharing on Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser sending it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen.
Retention
We keep each category for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, using the criteria in section 8 of the main policy: while you are in contact with us or hold an account, for a reasonable period afterward, and longer where tax, accounting, or legal obligations require.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of sale and sharing; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that would trigger this right); and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
