This addendum supplements the FloFrame Privacy Policy. FloFrame's Site and Products are directed to businesses in North America; we do not target individuals in Japan. If you are located there and interact with us anyway, this addendum applies.
Business operator
FloFrame, LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, Texas 78731, United States, is the business operator handling personal information collected on the Site and account and billing information in the Products. Customer Data processed on behalf of a business customer (main policy, section 3.3) is handled as entrusted processing on that customer's instructions.
Purposes of use
The purposes of use are those stated in section 4 of the main policy: providing the Site and Products, billing, improvement, marketing FloFrame, security, and legal compliance. We do not use personal information beyond these purposes without your consent.
Provision to third parties and transfers abroad
We provide personal information to third parties only as described in section 6 of the main policy. Our servers and service providers are in the United States. Information about the personal-information protection system of the United States and the measures our providers take is available on request. Where advertising tags on the Site provide identifiers to advertising platforms, you may opt out on Your Privacy Choices.
Your rights
You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of your retained personal data, and cessation of use or of provision to third parties, on the grounds provided in the Act. Email info@floframe.ai. We will respond without undue delay after confirming your identity. You may also consult the Personal Information Protection Commission.
