Jon Cunningham

Jon Cunningham

Co-founder & President. The operator.

A business owner since his teens: an auto shop, a design studio, two marketing agencies, a roofing company. Built RealPage's digital marketing services practice from the ground up. Then eight years at OGD Overhead Garage Door holding both the CMO and CTO roles, running marketing, development, and IT while the company grew from $14 million to a national platform sold to private equity in 2024 and past $120 million in revenue by 2026. There he built an enterprise AI operating layer that unified a dozen systems in a cloud warehouse, paired the data with a governed knowledge base, and put shared AI skills in the hands of teams across the company. He has been the customer of enterprise software his entire career and has built the AI layer on top of it. He funds FloFrame, leads its commercial direction and products, and works daily in agentic development against the architecture Craig and David designed.

The partnership

Craig designed the object-native foundation AI software needs. David spent forty years building the systems it replaces. Jon built an AI operating layer over those systems and learned exactly why the foundation has to change.
